Review by hotel critic
Staying at the Carlton was truly a memorable experience that encapsulated comfort and hospitality in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink, a gesture that immediately set a warm tone for my visit. The 24-hour reception staff was not only attentive but went above and beyond, always eager to offer assistance and local insights that enriched my stay. My room, spacious with large windows, provided a serene retreat, complete with a flat-screen TV for unwinding after busy days of exploration. With easy access to prominent sights like Marienplatz and the English Garden, the hotel's central location made every adventure effortless. Combining excellent value for money with a friendly atmosphere, the Carlton is undoubtedly a gem for any traveler seeking a soothing escape.
